Purgatory Demo


I was super trigger happy, when I  posted my last combat demo, Because immediately after, I found access to a plethora of resources, that truly lifted my game up to be the best it can be.

I have implemented Image Collision, meaning that the graphics I use, have custom hitboxes based on their actual shape. This actually overhauls the entire combat experience. making it realistic, with plenty of feedback and cool weapons and skills for the player, to enhance combat feel.

I have found and implemented extensions and bugfixes to my scripted battle system, as well as various anti-lag measures.

I have implemented *drumroll* actual Enemy AI, meaning that enemy behavior is more intelligent than the base engine would provide

FOLLOWERS, command your party to distract enemies and fight for you, or help you progress, heal and teleport them back to you at a Soulflame.

Sneaking! use the fade skill to become invisible to certain enemies for a short time, get bonus damage for getting the jump on enemies.

this demo is intended to show off all these functional features that everybody told me was impossible in RPGMakerVX Ace.  

I will no longer be posting demos of the story content,  please don't steal my game. Enjoy the silly little trailer, I know I do.
